My family and I want to thank you and your staff for the superb services you provided to
my mum.  You and your staff were wonderful; you were available 24 x 7, approachable, and
caring.  Because of you and your staff we were able to have mum for three more months
than the doctors had given her to live.  You more than met our expectations and we thank
you.
