3. She will take your information and have a nurse contact you
4. The nurse will call you and schedule an appointment to visit you
5. The nurse will evaluate you in order to tailor our services to suit your unique needs.
6. Nurse will have you sign a service agreement
7. A staff will be scheduled to start offering you the services you asked for at the time you want the service to start
8. Nurse/Staff supervisor will visit to make sure your needs are being met.
